In accordance with the provisions of the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Bill 25), Groupe Lefebvre has appointed Philippe Lefebvre as its privacy protection representative. Bill 25 has been progessively phasing in since September 2022 and will amend the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector.
