Innovative Solutions for a World of Concrete
Groupe Lefebvre possesses vast experience in concrete repairs. Our endeavours span the sectors of civil engineering, heavy industry, agro-foods, pulp and paper, as well as other segments. We have completed a number of projects in partnership with Université Laval and the Centre de recherche inter-universitaire sur le béton (CRIB). In addition, our firm has received two Quebec provincial honours for our innovative accomplishments in the field of shotcrete applications (Webster Garage in Sherbrooke and Côte Salaberry in Quebec City).
Shotcrete
 |
The application of sprayed concrete, known as shotcrete, is frequently utilized in the repair of concrete slab bottoms and vertical surfaces. Numerous large-scale projects have been executed for the Ministry of Transport of Quebec, as well as for various cities and municipalities. |
Types of Concrete:
- Dry Process up to 40 MPa
- Wet Process up to 75 MPa
- Exposed Aggregate
- Refractory, Chimneys
- Steel, Polyolefin or Polypropylene Fibre
Polymere Concrete
 |
Polymer concretes were designed for special usage. We have developed our very own application techniques depending upon the nature of the repairs required. |
Types of Concrete :
- Rapid-setting and/or accelerated-curing
- Self-levelling
- Acid-resistant
- Flexible
- Robust compression strength
Structural Reinforcement
We consolidate beams, columns, and slabs through the addition of epoxy-bonded carbon or polyester fibres. This advanced technique increases concrete structure capacity without augmenting the static load or dimension.
Injection
Our injection techniques serve to seal cracks in concrete structures, and occasionally to restore original structural capacities. We use this technology for the repair or restoration of dams, basins, reservoirs, foundation walls, to name just a few possible applications.
Injection Techniques :
- Epoxy
- Urethane
- Microcement
- Cementitious Grout
